COVID-19: Saudi Arabia records 3,580 new cases and 58 new deaths

Saudi Arabia Ministry of Health and Prevention on Sunday, July 5 2020 reported 3,580 new cases of coronavirus, increasing the total number of infections in the country to 209,508. 1,980 COVID-19 patients have recovered, increasing the number of recoveries to 145,236.


The cases were reported in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Dammam, Qatiff and Hutout among others. 58 new deaths were recorded, increasing the total number of deaths from the virus to 1,916.


The Ministry of Health and Prevention has repeatedly warned the public to adhere strictly to health instructions and guidelines from relevant authorities for the safety and health of all.
